credit score determines which bank or lender will be able to help you and what mortgage
products they offer. After you know your credit and the group of banks or lenders
available we then work to determine what information you are missing and what will be
needed to get you the residential mortgage approval you want. We want to make sure to show
you the possible options so you can make the best decision. |

Step 2 - Approval
